Massage Technician Certification Training

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be a certified massage technician and qualified to apply for massage technician licensing through the city of Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and Tulsa metro-area cities.

The class will include lecture on nutrition and natural methods of disease prevention. 25 hours of Student Clinic massage practice will be required as part of the student’s massage practice requirement. Final Written and Practical Skills Exams will be required to pass this course.

The cost of tuition is $1000.00.  The cost of books and supplies is $250 and is not included in the class tuition.

This class is in continuous session year-round so enrollment is now available.

Class curriculum is 300 hours: Human Anatomy and Physiology, Musculo-Skeletal Pathology, Massage Technique and Practice, Classification of Massage Movements, Hydrotherapy, Professional Ethics, Sanitary and Safety Practices, History and Advancement of Massage, Contraindications, Massage Law, Equipment & Products, and Massage Business Administration.  Class will include lecture on nutrition and natural methods of disease prevention. 25 hours of Community Service massage practice will be required as part of the student’s massage practice requirement. Final Written and Practical Skills Exams will be required to pass this course. The approximate cost of books and supplies is $250 and not included in the class tuition. The text books will be purchased on the first night of class from the instructor.
